In April 2014, Ian Dove QC issued Further Advice in relation to the Government’s introduction of the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG) and the adoption of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) by local authorities.
The Further Advice reflects the presentations and discussions which were part of the 2013 Public Art, Cultural Well-Being and the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) events.
