Nowhereisland arrives in Bristol on 7th September - the final stop on its journey around the South West. The Last Days of Nowhereisland is a programme of talks and performances marking the final weekend of the island nation.

Contributors will include:

  • Laurie Penny, journalist and activist;
  • Tim Etchells, artist;
  • Richard Noble, scholar in contemporary art, critical theory;
  • Olof Olsson, performance artist;
  • Salena Godden, musician and performance poet;
  • Tim Cresswell, professor of human geography; and
  • Alex Hartley, Nowhereisland artist.

Free events and screenings will run from Friday 7th September to Sunday 9th September, including a citizen march, artist film programme and activities at the Nowhereisland Embassy based at Cumberland Basin, Bristol.

The Last Days of Nowhereisland is a ticketed programme of talks, performances and artist films marking the final weekend of the island nation.

The Embassy is open from 12-5 each day and free tickets are now bookable at www.nowhereisland.org
