London Pleasure Gardens 2012

UP Projects are delighted to announce that their Contemporary Art at Festivals programme will be touring to the London Pleasure Gardens in Pontoon Dock next summer including works by Dan Coopey, Tim Etchells, Jim Woodall & Brian Random, along with new commissions developed for the site.

A new riverside social destination, the London Pleasure Gardens will bring East London Culture to The Olympic Last Mile to create a multi-functional cultural destination. Pontoon Dock will be transformed from its current state of dereliction into a cultural hub for Londoners seeking a vibrant and exciting cultural experience that is both avant-garde and inclusive. The London Pleasure Gardens is conceived and produced by Strong and Co, Future Tents, Mutate Britain and Shangri-la Glastonbury.
